Royal Rother Reports surfacing that players are expressing surprise that Mourinho rarely involves himself in training sessions now, preferring to stay in his office.
The rumbles of discontent have started already.
I'm sure he'll still get well paid jobs for a few years yet but he's basically finished as a top flight club manager - the passion has gone. He doesn't inspire the players anymore, he doesn't change the course of games with tactical moves, there is no twinkle in his eye, no humour in his interviews / press conferences etc.
