Ian Royal
TBM Parker left Robben for that goal

Seriously

Do me a favour... he went to the loose ball as any player would. Only a wicked deflection saw that go in.

Calm down

It's called sarcasm

Well entertaining for a friendly.

Realistically 4 tops from that team will start at EUROS so can't get too worked up either way.

Lulz all round.

Anyway, if Wilshere isn't fit for the Euro's then we be won't get past the group stage.

Sorry, got lost in the TMD bollox.

Pretty happy with that game tbh. Lots of positives.

Goal 1- Parker allows Robben to run half the length of pitch with ball
Goal 2- Parker allows Huntelaar to run into the box unmarked
Goal 3- Parker bottles a header against Van Bommell, turns his back allowing Robben to be played in.

He's not as bad as TMD makes out, but van bommel and de jong are similar in their roles but are twice as effective as parker will ever be.

That's nice, can they play for England? Because Parker is a better option in his role than Lampard, Gerrard, Barry, Milner, Jones, Carrick, Hargreaves or anyone else who's available you care to name.

Probably the biggest thing to take from this game was that Chelsea have found yet another player who is a better striker than Torres.

I wouldn't get too worked up peeps...

No permanent manager, half the squad can barely shave, no Rooney/Terry/Lampard/etc, against a team which made it to the last WC final game who brought a strong squad. I didn't watch the whole match seeing I was watching the Italy-US game, but I will watch the rebroadcast, but I did see the end. Nice fight back if nothing else...showed real heart.

Did anybody else think that Pearce looks like a rather old member of the Hitler Youth organisation?

F11ck the result, that was the first England game that I have vaguely enjoyed watching for a very long time.

For those that dropped out because of "sniffles and injuries"...keep them out

For the "old guard" not selected....the result probably would've been no better with them in the team.

Tonight, we more or less had the (experimental and young) team that we demanded from Cappello but never got....lets persevere.

At least Pearce handled the cry-offs and had the bollox to field the yoof that he was left with.......give him another go
