Champions League Final

by paultheroyal » 19 May 2012 11:20

Even my anyone but United attitude cannot extend into European matches so today I will be cheering on Chelsea.

Bayern are not outstanding! Got stuffed in domestic and some way back in 2nd place in a 34 game season.

Chelsea to win, Torres scores two.

Bayern to win 2-1.

They may not be outstanding, but neither are a Chelsea team that finished even further back in 6th. Home advantage as well for Bayern cannot be discounted.

Just want a good game

I think missing Terry could well be a good thing for Chelsea. He showed he couldn't handle the pressure last time, because of him bottling it last time the pressure would have been even gr8er this time round

Prediction : Bayern 2-0 Chelsea

Really want Chelsea to win but I think the suspensions will weaken them too much.

2-0 Bayern

I suspect that Chelsea will play this exactly as they played the 2nd semi against Barcelona; 1 up front, 5 flooding the midfield to try to stifle their opponents, and then try to catch them on the break.

I'm expecting LOTS of Drogba play acting and time-wasting, and a dull, tedious game.

The key player will be Robben; if he can unlock the Chelsea defensive set-up, it might be interesting.

I want Chelsea to win, but only if we can have a live camera on Harry Redknapp.

Hope Chelsea win just to stick it to Harry Redknap.

The Allianz Arena is the best football stadium in the world, manages to be epic and compact at the same time.

Left midfield, owing to Malouda's recent injury.

Di Matteo's not a bad sort, and now our Ryan is making his European debut.

I'm starting to not mind if Chelsea win
