No Fixed Abode So tonight we allegedly had a Bradford fan racially abusing Mcleary. And we had a Reading fan throwing a flare into the Bradford end. Both bad incidents but throwing a flare is far worse than a racist twat saying a few words.

Yeah, so?

More comment on black managers, this time from John Barnes.

http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/32112666

The main thrust of his argument is that black managers can't get a second job once they've been sacked from their first, even though he's living proof that they can after Tranmere gave him a go despite his awful record at Celtic.

The other black managers who've lost a job and are mentioned in the article (Ince, Houghton, Powell and Curle) all got second chances as well. Curle is currently in his 5th job, Ince has had 6 jobs, Houghton his 4th and Powell on his 2nd. It's almost as if they find it easier!

I'd rather him rant about racism than do another rap.

Proof the notion all black people can rap is just another groundless stereotype.

not racism but not sure where else to put this

Luca Modric forced to apologise to a referee and all of Slovenia after he admitted (following it being shown clearly on tv) that he shouted at Slovenian ref 'I f*ck your Slovenian mother in the p*ssy!' during their Champions League semi against Man City

lolwut!

Is it really offensive for a white person to black themselves up? I was at a fancy dress party the other month and somebody did that for Mr Motiv8or.

Jay Rodriguez has been charged with racist comments to Brighton's Gaetan Bong during their game a few weeks back.

The footage doesn't seem to suggest more than just 'you're breath stinks' style bantz but Bong is convinced it was done in conjunction with a racist comment, apparently something like "you're black and your breath stinks".

The FA have seen fit to charge him so it would appear they think there is some case to answer or, giving him the benefit of the doubt, they want to give him a proper platform to clear his name.

yay the racism thread is back!!!

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/nov/08/paris-saint-germain-racial-profiling-black-players?CMP=share_btn_tw

Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed that their scouts illegally racially profiled young players as part of their recruitment process.

They were asked to list whether the youngsters were French, north African, West Indian or African, allegedly in order to limit the number of black recruits

Was watching a college (American) Football and they said the team had a lot of injuries

next thing you know they're wheeling out white wide receivers...must have been down to the absolute bare bones
