I quite like Selhurst. Like West Ham, it's always a bit of a lads day out. The away section is like a Southbank with seats and very conducive to a sing song.

I'd got for Charlton. Virtually in Kent, with some of the worst stewarding away from the Madejski.

I like going to QPR - proper football territory, sometimes a good atmos esp for London derbies. Like Fulham and Brentford lots too.

Chelsea and Spurs have probably got the horrible-ist fans. The re-built Upton Park isn't as good as the old one, the new Millwall is meh tho I've only seen it from the away end.

I'd go for Selhurst as the worst - dull and a pain to get to. Much the same as Dag & Red only bigger.

Seems that I can't edit my original post, so I can't be bothered to do a poll now.

Glad to see that a number of people agree with me that Lofus Road is awful.

I liked Daggenham for our trip there a couple of years ago.

Loftus Road due to the fact you can't see the goal from the top tier.
Selhurst Park is a ball ache to get to especially for an evening game, although the one thing in it's favour is the low roof makes for a good atmosphere
The Den is also a ball ache to get to

I thought Daggers was ok when we went for that League Cup game but that truly is a bitch to get to.

They got bonus points for having a local funeral director as their shirt sponsor.

The two or three times I've been, I've got the STAR coaches, but it just looks like a pretty awful trip on the drive in off the motorway

The terrace was great so it's a shame that's gone, and £25 is ridiculous for that level of football.

For getting on the coaches the ball ache is entirely your own fault, get the train like a normal human being and it's a piece of piss.

In reply to the OP I would go for Selhurst Park from personal experience, white a shit hole of an area but a good atmosphere is easily cre8ed TBF.
It's a difficult one with London because there are worse grounds but with a good day out on the lash they can easily redeem themselves

EDIT: Barnet's right up there aswell

Their supporter's club bar is very good. Cracking pint of Mighty Oak - Oscar Wilde Mild, numerous CAMRA accolades and good atmosphere.

Loftus Road - The sight lines from the away end are just appalling.

Quite why anyone would take the coach to any ground in London, considering the good train links to London from Reading. :|

Good day out - get to Liverpool St station, get pissed in Hamilton Hall, short tube journey, plenty of pubs within 10 minutes of the tube station, what's the fucking problem?
