No Fixed Abode Queens Park Rangers have announced that Nike will take over from Lotto Italia as the club’s official kit partners beginning the 2014/15 season.

The two parties have signed a five year deal, meaning that the Hoops’ kits will be made by Nike till the end of the 2018/19 season. The value of the deal was not announced, but is reported to be around £45m.

£45m five-year deal for a Championship kit deal? When very few clubs get £1m a season from theirs?

LOL. Covering those holes in the balance sheet nicely with the extra income. Regulations not worth the paper they're written on

I thought the rules were in place to avoid clubs getting into financial difficulty. This deal is secure income for the club however it's done, so I don't see the problem.

Alejandro Faurlin has injured his cruciate ligament for third consecutive season. Jesus, gotta feel for the guy.

He is the player that was bought into QPR with some sort of 3rd Party ownership, and for which QPR could (should?) have had points deducted when they won the Championship in 2010/11, and instead they only got a fine of less than £1M.....

Surely it's revenge that's sweet.

Karma however is a bitch.

A career threatening injury is karma and justice?

A new low, even on this thread.

Does 'Arry go back to players he's signed in the past because he knows he won't have to explain what he needs from the deal to the agents?

I thought it was odd that they couldn't agree personal terms with Borini, most unlike 'arry not to be able to do a deal.

It was also pretty hilarious where he ignored the SSN reported outside the training ground as he went past in his Range Rover. The hapless reported kept shouting 'arry, 'arry but he ploughed past. It's only 58 secs, but worth the lol

Faurlin seems like a genuine nice guy, as well as a hell of a player. Gutted for him.

He's spent half what Hughes did and sold more, H is ok.

That said, Borini would have been horrendous.

apparently QPR are due a £40m fine from the Football League due to not complying with Financial Fair Play. QPR won't pay it as they are no longer part of the football league. Football League will not accept them back as a member if its not paid. ALl a bit farcical really
