Can't help but think it must be awful and difficult for a player to come to grasp that he is in the twylight of his career and ending up back in the league where they started.

Didn't put enough effort into training. Gangly legs that can't take knocks combining with injuries. He'd always said he wouldn't last past 30. He just hasn't stopped playing despite that.

Never saw Senior or Dixon. Cureton or Butler? Very comfortably better. TBH his only real competition IMO is Roberts and I think you have to disqualify him for only having a good 6 months. ALF could challenge him with a couple of good season. Maybe Pog too.
