Felt a bit sorry for Steve Bruce yesterday, I genuinely think he should have been removed in the week leading up to the game. He deserves a little bit more respect than to be given his 1000th game as some kind of charitable gesture, its not like another club wouldn't have come knocking on his door in the near future.
