Some of us were chatting down the bar earlier, and I thought you might enjoy the result...

An idea, where football meets the X Factor, meets major marketing money making scheme....

Knock out competition (ala LC FAC etc etc) for lower league teams- but staged so that say the last 4 /8/16 qualify for the help and attention/coaching of a Big Name PL manager...during the international breaks. They aren't doing much if the squad is any good- the players are all on International Duty...

For a fan....What would happen if Pep Guardiola or JM or Fat Sam took charge of Northampton or Mansfield...or even Reading for a big charidee cup event....
