Yanks for nothing you pcunts!

Your hunches were bang on. You knew the USA was going to be the one to worry about. Next time follow your hunches. Don't back a team against your hunch.

You were right about the altitude. The Argies had a tough time in Bolivia. I didn't realise what a massive part it plays in the outcome of these games. I'm annoyed with the Argentina head coach though. He left out so many of the regulars. Argentina had an unfamiliar team that hasn't played with each other according to the commentator. It was as if he had written off this game and rested all the key players. On top of that Messi was banned for four games by FIFA just hours before kick off because of rude words he directed at the match officials in the previous game. I was on a hiding to nothing with Argentina. I should have done more research on that game.

The yanks & Accrington were the 2 least likely wins, but you kind of have to put 1 or 2 in there otherwise the bet is not worth it moneywise. America just seem to me to be a team who will win their home games, sometimes even scoring lots and looking half decent, but as soon as they travel somewhere with humidity or unusual conditions they fall apart. The match was played in 29C with 90% humidity apparently. bottlejobs.

What about betting slightly more and use the bookmakers with acca insurance

If you're betting odds on fav's then the expected value is positive due to the refund

Surely your Acca insurances, cash outs, kickers, and other bet modifications are always in the bookies favour.

depends innit...

Just happened to be on Ladbrokes so used their offer of £25
Not entirely sure on the t&c's (min prices etc) but think the
following would work:

Chelsea v C Palace
1.29

Real Madrid
1.13

Arsenal v West Ham
1.4

RB Leipzig v SV Darmstadt
1.36

Roma v Empoli
1.18

return odds 3.28

outcome - return(£) - probability of outcome

All Win £56.88 27.60%
1 Loses + bonus £0.00 41.12%
2+ Lose -£25.00 31.28%
Expected Value £7.88

I've gone for the following 8fold AcCA for today.

12:30 Liverpool to beat Everton and Barnsley and Sheffield Wednesday to draw.
3pm Brighton to beat Blackburn
3pm Fleetwood to beat Swindon
3pm Chelsea to beat Palace
3pm Spurs to win at Burnley
3pm Leicester to beat Stoke

If all that goes to plan then it will all come down to one game this evening
Reading to beat Leeds.

Stake:£11
To win:£2422

6 out of 8 wasn't bad. I wasn't expecting Chelsea to be one of the two teams to let down that bet. And also how was it possible that Fleetwood couldn't manage to beat the Swine? We all know how useless Swindon are. Very surprising!

This morning I have laid off Brisbane Roar in their game at home to Central Coast Mariners. Brisbane Laid off at 1.35. £14 risked to win £40 should the Mariners manage to leave Suncorp with a point or three. The Roar are a better side than the Mariners but they are not so much better that they should be as short as 1.35. The Mariners could get something in this game.

Oxford currently priced at 1.98 on Betfair exchange to win the EFL Trophy inside 90 minutes against Coventry City. I know Coventry are bottom and are heading for the drop but should Oxford be so short in a cup final? What chance do Coventry have of winning or at least taking the game to extra time this afternoon?

I think Oxford are over priced for that game actually. Coventry are a God awful team.

Pepe the Horseman Can we sticky this again please mods? x

Rotherham to go down, Southend to finish top 6 and Plymouth to be promoted. £5 returns £402.

Halfway through the season and this ain't looking too bad.

Tempted to stick £50 on Southend not to finish top 6, at 10/3. Although despite Plymouth being 10 points clear, they look more than capable of fcuking it up.

Their home form is dreadful and I wouldn't be surprised if they ballsed it up.

They've only got six games left, so you'd hope even if they didn't win another game they'd still just about be ok.

Picks for Augusta?

I've gone

Matsuyama £5 @ 25
Garcia £10 @ 50
Henley £5 @ 95
Cabrera Bello £5 @ 220
Tanihara £5 @ 520
Scott £10 @ 46
Rahm £10 @ 30

Complete scatter gun approach..I've lost money on Sergio in about 15 Majors, so expect him to be 10 back after day one.

Will probably end up doing a bit of round betting as well..

Will be making my customary e/w bet on Lefty.

Rose, Sergio, Fowler & Rory all have to be in contention. Need to think about a possible wild card choice though.

Big news if DJ isn't fit to play after falling down the stairs.

Massive if he isn't fit.. I'll probably be able to cash out for profit straight away! Hope he is though, he's close to peerless at the moment, absolutely smashed the field in the Dell MatchPlay

Looks like he is going to start, he is in the last group which is a big bonus for him.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him pull out if he has a dodgy day (+3 or something).

But yes, would be a loss if he was to pull out of the tournament.

I have also now backed the same horse Ucello Conti with Paddy Power again at 17/1 but this time it's an each way bet.

Stake: £20 to win £212 if the horse finishes in the first 6 places.

Why would you bet on the same horse on two different sites TF?
