genome Seems Arsenal fans are laughing at Spurs because Harry Winks might be off to City, despite the fact they've spent the last couple of years goading Spurs fans and saying he's shite. Football fandom really puzzles me...

I like Harry Winks, tidy player. Needs to play a more advanced role though.

United was the rumour with him wasn't it? Didn't see City linked.

United are rumoured with everyone...shit at transfers but plenty of money.

From Despair To Where? At this stage in his career, why would Madison want to take a step backwards?

Leicester are punching well above their weight xG wise

Much like the season they won the league

When Vardy starts mean-reverting they'll shit the bed!

I bet you're wishing United would mean revert.

Never mind Leicester shitting the bed, your lot have installed a macerator on theirs.

United are shit because the owners are using the club as a cash cow...

Ed Woodward is a fcuking spastic...no structure at the club, just recruit on a whim. Give big new contracts to the deadwood which means we can't move them on.

Ole is out of his depth

At least half the playing staff aren't good enough

So, are you saying United are exceeding expectations?

United are actually below xG!

This season, however, has been a difficult watch

Once you get past the starting 11 it starts getting very thin...

and even then...McTominay, Fred, Lindelof and James should be squad players, not starters

Seeing Matic, Mata, Jones, Pererria, Lingard, Young, Shaw (of late) in the team makes me want to cry

To be fair, at least the likes of Young, Mata and Matic have been good in the past. I don’t understand how Lingard has played at such a high level for so long and Pereira is quickly following him

I would have liked him here for 6 months, would have been a big upgrade on McCleary/Boye/Aluko

Grass isn't always greener. Should never ever have left Leicester. In saying that I think I would look half decent playing alongside Kante so maybe Drinkwater was never that great?

Just looking at some figures for 17/18 onwards (basically the last 2 1/2 years) and little old Bournemouth (£85m) have a higher nett transfer spend than 3 of last season's continental cup finalists (Chelsea £80m, Spurs £75m, Liverpool £51m).

In fact, in that period, Bournemouth have paid more in transfer fees than we have in our entire history.

More evidence against the plucky little Bournemouth myth.
