I don't like it, but you can't blame Chelsea for using the rules to their advantage.

I've more disdain for whoever has advised Gilmour that this is a good move.

See Patrick Roberts for what Billy Gilmour is destined for

Thought they were supposed to be clamping down on grooming in football.

Do Chelsea really need to play a weakened Swansea team in their run-in?

Alot of noise today about Rooney possibly going back to Everton on freebie. Haven't seen any reaction from the fans yet.... unsure if they still h8 him or not tbh. Very impressed with their transfer dealings this summer though.

Sky sources. Chelsea agree fee with Roma for Rudiger.

I am going to have a wild guess that he will be treated like a hero if he goes back there, and will continue to be abused if he goes elsewhere

Undoubtedly by the same fans who have been hurling abuse at him since he left.

You must be new to football. Wonder how many Villa fans have abused JT in the past......bet they're pleased he's signed for them now.

Saw Lacazette play last September in a home game that Lyon lost.
Neither my son nor I were that impressed on the day-he didn't work very had, is not as big as I expected and wasn't that quick.
I appreciate that it was just the one game so it's unfair to judge .
Obviously from his stats he is a good finisher and maybe that is all that will be needed in an Arsenal team that makes a lot of chances.
Will follow his performances with interest.

Zlatan was a player I used to think was hugely over8d based on CL
games I saw him in. His stats were always there, i'd just never seen
him produce (until the England game).

In terms of goals expectancy Arsenal are top of the league i.e. they
are more regularly in good scoring positions.

  1. Shoot from outside the area, you have a 3% chance of scoring
  2. Attempts from inside 6 yard box (within posts) it's 50% etc

Prem experience, plenty of goals, young... I guess the fee is about right in this day and age

Imagine how much Kane would go for

Think it's more of shock he went to man United for me. Good signing..... guarantee 30 goals I think and Rashford will thrive from him. I think they will win the league now
