What's that, a random person said something on facebook? I'm going to lump my life savings on this one, it must be true.

Adkins just confirmed that he wanted to play Kebe but Kebe declared himself unfit to play. Kebe was due to play. 'Read into that what you will' 'i think he's been linked with a couple of clubs in the paper today'

Think we have seen the last of king kebe.

Wonder if hell get as much stick as Guthrie did when he "wasn't in the frame of mind" to play.

Cheerio then. He's been sulking ever since McDermott was sacked, contrary to many not choosing to believe he asked to leave as a result of his sacking. At least when Guthrie fell out with McDermott he didn't fake injury. Kebe's attitude today is very disappointing. The guy is never fit, can't play a set run of fixtures, and when he does he can be amazing for 4 games and anonymous for the next 14. Thanks for the memories, au revoir.

Get shot, doesn't matter how good he is if he is always injured.

maffff
Isaac Hunt Jimmy hasn't been shy in letting his feelings be known about McDermott's departure (apparently). I was told by someone at the club that, not long after Adkins appointment, he said he'd never play for Reading again. :(

Good luck to him. Hope we get a good price for him.

That exactly mirrors what I've heard and been saying here [as picked up by SPARTA].

Well if he's going to act like a little pussy lets hope we get a nice fee.

Managers come & go in football. As a pro footballer you really are in the wrong job if you can't stomach that.

He won't be a great loss tbh, we have great wingers already so screw him.

St. Brynjar
RoyalBlue His 'injuries' have badly let us down at critical times. He seems incredibly injury prone and, to me, his injuries seem to take longer when times are getting tough for the team. In my view fitness is about body and mind.

So quite frankly if we can offload him for a reasonable fee it will be a good bit of business. I just hope that Nick Hammond doesn't offer any money back guarantees on his fitness!

Wait so it's his fault for getting injured?

There's a lot to be said for mind over matter when it comes to recovering from injuries and making yourself available for selection.

Kebe always seems to take longer than the club predicts to recover from his little knocks and strains. Is that a lack of desire to dig in with the troops when things aren't going so well?
