Steve Clarke There are some players out of contract, the majority will be offered a new one but we have to wait and see whether they'll accept the contract offered.

The way that is worded would suggest to me that it might be Stephen Kelly.

Really hope not. Very average defender of inflated wages.

If he has been offered a new contract it will be on reduced terms.

decent defensive full back in a squad containing none...
and if he signs the new contract he wont be on inflated wages, they'll be deflated

How much is he on? And what's the league average for a right back?

Happy for Kelly to stick around on reduced wages. Seems like a decent enough character, if he was a regular starter he'd be captain material.

This. He's been solid every time he's been called upon this season, and was only crap last season when he was being played on the left.
