in fairness, we roll that one out and every transfer window, and usually it turns out that we don't actually have any money.
not an answer to the striking problem but reckon we could get Jimmy back on a pay as you play option. Think he would be happy with that bearing in mind his injury record and it would give us another option other than Kanu

At least Kanu can actually run around for 90 minutes regularly. Kebe would need a mobility scooter to get around the pitch these days.

I refuse to believe that Kanu can "run around". He might manage a brisk walk or a light jog but running is a bit too much.

Arguably he was being honest though wasn't he as we aren't signing anyone permanently and we are selling a player for 4m
