Sad thing is the Tshibola of 3 years ago would be a perfect foil for Swift and Rinomhota

Absolutely. Known quantity, exactly the style of player we need. Way better at it than anyone we've got except Rino.

Rino, Tish
Swift/Loader/Olise
could be very good in this league and is miles better than what we're currently looking at.

For free I think we'd be mad not to least give him a medical and couple of training sessions to asses him.

Has he been told he can leave or has his contract been cancelled ? If the latter I woukdn’t Have a problem offering him the chance to train with us for a couple of weeks and show if he still has the capability of playing. The player who left us would be an asset to the squad but he seems to have gone nowhere since he left.

He did alright at Kilmarnock last season and Doncaster are the only team being linked to can't be asking too much.

Nothing to be lost by taking a look and seeing where his head's at.

Given the way his career has nosedived, I doubt it.

Not sure he brings anything Rhino already does.

Presumably you can recognise he could bring something Adam, Swift, Olise and East can't though, given we have a massive hole in the middle of the park and very little reliable cover for even a single injury there.

I'd be delighted with this. Would make perfect sense. Sadly though I think he may have already burnt his bridges.

No thanks. He jumped for more money at the first opportunity. He couldn't even get into MK Dons' side. He had potential but think he blew his chance.

Don't want him back. We can do better. Might look at him on a trial but unlikely he's good enough for what we're doing.

If we can do better we should. But it's August next week, and Tish is definitely better than no one.

They're quite similar players, true, but Tshibola is a bit more creative and much more comfortable on the ball. Rino is more pacey.

Even if they were literally the same player, that would represent a considerable upgrade on any other midfield we can field.

No harm in looking. It will cost us nothing. Worth a few training sessions and a behind closed doors friendly. If he's shit then nothing lost.

Royal_jimmy No thanks. He jumped for more money at the first opportunity.

What’s the over/under on the right number of opportunities? Assuming that should be a legit critique (of any player, at any age) we cashed in too as I recall.
Either way, it might be the least of our worries in our current predicament, and obv a different regime here now.

No transfer fee and a low 1y contract with an option for an extension? We'd be silly to not at least consider it. He has the talent, and a couple years in familiar scenery rebuilding could work out for all involved.

Not long after Aaron left us he was caught smoking legal highs, and there were a few issues with his off-field behaviour. I wouldn’t want him here now.
