Made 25 appearances in a team that got to the play offs he must be ok with the options they have at Forest so I am in.

Well they almost did, crashed out on the final day when they got smashed 4-1 by Stoke and Swansea smashed another team 4-1.

Forest, going really well and looking good for the play offs before the season was suspended. When the season restarted Semedo made just 2 further appearances, none of which were in the final 3 games, when Forest really threw it all away.

And I don’t think Semedo played in either game v Reading last season (and Forest won neither )

Happened to know of a Benfica fan. He’s very much like Rinomhota, more of the terrier type box to box midfielder that can press and is full of energy, but technically isn’t very good. Supposed to be comparatively strong in Portugal although he seems a bit lightweight looking at the photos of him. I think this would be a great backup for Rino and Laurent.

Which is what we need. If Saturday was anything to go by those two will be crucial for the way we play this season. Like for like and competition for the same role can only be a good thing.

Does this mean no "holding" role this year? Instead, we pick 2 of 3 energetic, box to box midfielders who can cover ground, help out defensively and support in attack a bit? I think that sounds good and more exciting to be honest.
