Daily routine:

Wake up, switch on Sky Sports fearing the scrolling yellow bar of doom announcing our 6 point penalty. Not there.

Go on HNA? for the latest and most up to date and detailed analyis of the situation.

Says 24-48 hours, so must be coming tomorrow, no way it'll be announced at the weekend.

The massive lulz of it being announced on April 1st though.

If the deduction doesn't happen tomorrow the club really need to tell Ince to stfu.

Seems a done deal now with Ince talking about lifting the players.

With all the new injuries looks a tough ask to stay up now

We’re in a complete mess tbh. Tons of injuries, poor form, poor side generally

We’ll do very well to stay up

Man, people talking like the bottom 3 haven't been dogshit all season, it'll be a fight and having Ince in charge won't help in the slightest but we can definitely stay up

oxf*rd off Dai. Mind you, be nice not having to worry about being relegated to L1 next season.

With breaches of business plan, odds on a Wiganesque announcement of further investigation and a 9-12 point penalty next season too?

Depends. It’s a totally different case to Wigan who are screwing their players over. We technically broke some EFL rules

Will wait to see what the charge is before piling in. But it’s not great - esp when we’ve been so hamstrung all season and still managed to break it

I`m really past caring, the club has been a mess for 10 years now, we either change direction or cease to exist, I`m in that age group where I`ve seen the lowest of low and the highest of the high.
Really don`t know what the future holds for the younger fan base but I`ve been there experienced it and got the T-shirt.

Man Twitter is full of people who actually think relegation will be the end of the club.

Melodramatic much.

Teams get relegated all the time, its not the "end of days". I remember standing on the pitch at Elm Park on the last day of the season i think and we beat Wrexham 1-0 if memory serves me right and we still got relegated!!
Sometimes it sucks for a while and sometimes you come back stronger....Ipswich, Sheff.W, Pompey, Derby and Sunderland, Man.City have all been relegated in recent times. Some hang around for a while whilst some come straight back up...if its a means of resetting the club and getting back to basics then so be it!! Some of these teams are getting near full stadiums each week!!
Getting eye's on some different stadiums may be of interested to our away support and it may even increase the size of our travelling core, and it looks like there may be some pretty tasty local derbies thrown in also!!
If it means we have to rely more heavily on our younger players and utilize the lower leagues for any new additions and reset with a new manager and hopefully a more attractive brand of football then maybe we can survive and thrive and come back stronger with a rejuvenated squad of players.
Its certainly not great, but its not the end!!

Twitter is an awful awful place. Some of the bell ends on there defy description

I do think there is a fair chance we’ll go down but we’re so cut to the bone on our player costs im sure we’d cope. Obvs be bad news for other job cuts etc that would likely come with it, but it wouldn’t be tbe utter disaster it would have 2-3 years ago
