readingbeddingandrew1957mooWest Stand Flash It seems some think that just because he is a Reading born lad he should get a chance? Erm NO....
He obviously isn't good enough. Ta'da
LOL
Cox - our best player tonight. But no doubt we will sell him to Swindon for 50p!!!
Why?
Who was the last person we drastically undersold?
Or are you talking out of your backside?

Last week Swindon bid £200K for Cox and yet we have just paid 250K for an unproven 17 year old - Vasilev. I am just saying that if we take such a small fee for a promising player already scoring goals in the league I will be disappointed.

Yeah. Right.Southbank Old BoyRoyal Lady It'll be a sad day if we let Simon Cox go. As I've said before, someone who is born and bred in a town and wants to play for their home town league club is a rare thing these days. Good luck to him if he goes, I hope he moves onwards and upwards and RFC rue the day they let him go. Will any of our Academy players ever break into the first team?
It's not a rare thing at all. It's a rarer thing them being good enough and it looks like Cox might not fit into that bracket unfortunately.
