Would it be safe to say, that you are now in the territory where he generally packs his bags and ups sticks?

Where's SDR and his 'Watch City FLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY' line?

All it's lacking is Madejski, Howe, Hammond and Coppell rearranging the deckchairs prior to joing the band and striking up a jolly little tune.

I never mentioned everyone, just Coppell, and history will tell you that he is.

Coppell may decide to quit, but only at the end of the season.

He's in a results based job and if he fails to deliver the results, then we know what he'll do.

some of us remember you historically, and remember that you are just a wind up merchant.

History will also show tht Coppel has been great for us (by US I mean Reading fans, not fans of a dodgy London club that freezes in the shodow of its superior local rivals) but like all managers he will eventualy go.

What you forget is unlike QPR who are a team in decline, as a general rule of thumb Reading are in the ascent!

How is it your understanding about Hammond, what is it that makes you such an expert about RFC from so far away???? Please do explain.

PieEater Coppell may decide to quit, but only at the end of the season.

Honestly I don't see what we would gain by his resignation.
If we went down he would be an excellent choice to get us back up.

Something needs to be done about Hammond though. It is my understanding that Hammond is the bottleneck restraining our transfer activity, he seems to be our main scout as well as the man responsible for negotiating transfers. Perhaps he should not be given such important responsibilities if he is not up to the job, make someone else responsible for the scouting and limit Hammond's responsibilities to in house duties like contracts and such.

He didn't seem to be much of a bottleneck when we built this side three years ago.

There is obviously something that is preventing us from signing the players we need to keep progressing, but it seems that Hammond role is to assist Coppell and to manage the transfer activity. If Coppell feels he's not getting the players in he wants then he should be doing something about it.

Coppell won't quit, but he will be gone in the summer.
Took us as far as he can & he is showing this season that he is losing the plot.

Bye bye Steve

I agree but he's already said he needs a break and I can't see him hanging around to put right the mess that he, Madejski, Hammond and co have created this season.
