Samuelson's suit isn't really a nice enough cut to justify the silk handkerchief imho.

Chris Samuelson is in fact Chris Jefferies. AICMFP.

Great spot. Can't believe we've all been taken in by him.

I am truly devast8ted about the loss of those posts, since it exposed some of the regular posters for the shambles they are. now all that evidence is hidden deep (/not very deep) in AE.

Easy to see why it was deleted, a lot of people are trying to read content related to the topic and you have pages upon pages of absolute nonsense to wade through. Go and start a pizza thread somewhere. The odd joke...fair enough, not when you have to spot the thread related content sandwiched in-between 10 posts of them....thats complete overkill. We're being taken over and people want to know the facts/comments about it all, couldn't give a shit about domino's. Good modding IMO.

Here's food for thought on Twitter........

@TheTilehurstEnd TheTilehurstEnd
So by my maths the whole of Reading Football Club is worth less than Fernando Torres....

Interesting that naming rights for Mad Stad could be 'up for grabs'. Let's see what happens!

Not being funny, but any Reading fan that isn't buzzing after watching that press conference must be seriously delluded.
This could be the start of something very big at Reading FC!

Can I just say loving the moderation of this thread.

The irony that this post should now be deleted has not escaped me and i fully accept that!

Good job modders!

Is the "long term plan to expand the stadium to 38K" the same capacity as the original planning application?

Just saw the interview on World with Chris Samuelson. Seems a low-key, restrained sort of man. Mentioned many times the need to do things as they have been, but with more funds. Excited!

Lastly, he was asked if Anton would be at any matches and he responded that Anton would have been in Reading already had his visa been sorted; that he tried to watch the match online but wasn't able to  and that he was a very knowledeable fan of the sport and loves talking players, tactics. So it just occured to me. Reading have just been invested by this man!

Which ain't necessarily a bad thing IMHO.

having just watched south today, i almost feel like they're aiming too high, but if they can match their words with money then jesus christ we're in for one hell of a ride.

"we're going to aim for mid table in the premiership to begin with, then cups and european football"

I need to sit down.
