floyd__streete Cheers then Hunty. You weren't very good really, but thanks for all the running around, it is much appreciated. Where are you going now?

Pretty much a mediocre player who always gave absolutely everything he had. Which is far, far preferable to an immensely talented player who doesn't give everything, so that makes him alright in my book.

I have no idea where you get your "mediocre" assessment from

But ...whatever

Yes, he lit up the Mad Stad.

Good player and one that typified what RFC are about. Hard worker, team player, won more than his fair share in the air and and often showed our right wingers how to cross a ball properly. Should have made more appearances/scored more goals but for injury early on, honestly would like to see him next season, with the right service he'd get 15+.

Will love him forever for that goal against Wet Sham to put us 2-1 up.

Probably the most mental goal celebration I have been a part of in recent times. Injured my leg in the melee.

Good luck Hunty. Hopefully you will end up at Leeds and we can take you on in the play off final!

I thought he played better last season than at any time since the first few months we had him.

I wonder if he was half-fit (in the sense of half-injured) most of his time here. Certainly not the most athletic but pretty 'game'.

Cheers Noel - good luck with being a news-reader!

In many ways I'd have preferred to keep him than the rest of our strikers for next season, as at least you know he'll give 100% in the Championship (or whatever division he's playing in) and wouldn't be angling for a move.

John Madejski's Wallet Hunty >>>>>>>>>>> Blackman

Not convinced one bit about Blackman, has not made the most of his oppurtunities. One cross to set up Alf yesterday. Much prefer Hunt, 100% all the time, would score far more than Blackman ever will. Cash in and get rid of Blackman.

How come there's not this love-in for Ian Harte, who also left yesterday?

Pretty limited player IMHO but can't fault his effort and application. Best of luck to him.

What I will add is that he's been a really good ambassador for RFC. Always engaging the fans and getting involved in things - fair play to him.

Ah, Ok, Fairy Nuff.

The way the players were talking about him on Twitter last night made it sound like they'd not head until then.
