Doubt it, they're about to sign Danny Graham on loan.

Uncle Albert Actually lads I've been a season ticket holder for 11/12 years now, went to about 85% of the games last year. What I saw for 95% of Pogrebnyak was someone who never went above a jog and couldn't hold the ball up to save his life. Under Big Mac we played him when we weren't out to score, because we knew it was pretty safe he wasn't going to. There's not much point in a striker that doesn't score, and before you say he does so much else, he really does not.

a lot of the reason he lost the ball mate was because when we hoofed it to him there was literally no one going forward or no one near him to pass it to. he cant hold the ball up forever.

Hmmm. We must have gone to different games then, (which would be hard as i also saw 85% of home games). That is not how I saw it.

At the end of the day there are fans that make up their mind they don`t like a player, and they can`t see anything beyond the end of their noses , only the bad things stick in their small minds

Not when Danny Graham is going there on a season loan... I still fancy Cardiff to come in for him. Ideally he'll take a knock on his ankle and be out until Sept 1st...

Didn't watch much of the game but from what I saw he didn't have many balls to his feet or any to run on to and when it was to his feet he won us a free kick for Guthrie to do oxf*rd all with.

You're an idiot if you don't think Pog is any good.

It's true guys yes we hoofed the ball up to him I agree. But even when we started passing under Adkins he didn't exactly prosper. And I'm not saying he's been bad every game because he has had good moments but on the whole he's been far too ineffective and inconsistent.

I disagree entirely - the majority of them were consistent last season. Consistently shite.

I agree. Didn't see anything from him last year to suggest he'll be a key player for us this season. Think we can do much better.

I assume there is a degree of tongue in cheek with that comment? If not then there ought to be.

Well, it is clear to anyone who was there at any stage last season that you are simply wrong. There was no consistency at all. On occasions the team looked really good (though not often, obviously, or we'd still be a PL team). Every player also had a mix of good and poor moments.

Thus, while opinions are permitted, it is important not to try and confuse fact with opinion.

Having gone to everyone home game last season, I think that the matches against Newcastle and Sunderland were the only ones in which we looked anything like a Premier League team. Ok, there were players that had good spells but few of them rose the level we'd need to stay in the league.

He got well battered in most of our games so I'll never knock him for effort but, frankly, for the size of his wage packet he was very, very average. Each of his 5? goals must have cost a small fortune :|

I wish him well for the future but would prefer to still have Noel Hunt around when the season starts and will be praying that no one nicks Alfie.

Fulham fans aren't exactly clamouring for his return.
