Fulham's pressing is going to kill us now. Expect to see Husin before the game is out, Kuhl and co are going to be shattered in midfield.

Passing a little shot for a while there.

Last thing you need in these sort of games is the ball bouncing to the opposition's best player. No great skill from Roberts, for once, there apart from how he picked up the space on the edge of the box.

Yellow and Pen is enough in that situation in my opinion. That rule is a problem that ruins so many games.

Disagree, if you don't want to lose a player take the goal and don't make the foul.

Real shame - that's probably done for Reading and they look pretty comfortable on the ball.

Bit disappointed by Kelly though as he's linked play really well when I've seen him before

It's really not that simple.

I doubt Hyam intended to commit a foul.

Perhaps it should be a penalty and the offending player only walks if the penalty is missed....

I think they look a little like they're worried about Fulham on the break and Kuhl and Kelly were sat deeper to try to counter it. It's meant we've had most of our good possession around the halfway line rather than moving through into the final third.

Zac - he was pulling his shirt that's always a foul, what you mean is he wasn't thinking he was committing enough of a foul to get called on it.

Big shame that, as I thought we were comfortably the better side (except for Roberts who looks very special). Red by the letter of the law, but it's just about the most ridiculous rule in football.

Glad Sidders agrees with me. Very harsh pen IMO - minimal contact.

Actually looking again I hadn't paid attention to how close the keeper was, just on whether there was actually a foul. Amazed how the ref has seen the tug too, I didn't think an arm across was a foul?

Fulham were looking too much for us anyway and I was thinking just before the pen that our failure to make the most of our attacks could cost us.

That Roberts will be some player in a few years. Expect him to start in Championship is Fulham don't sell him.

Shame that refs at that level are strict on that sort of thing but fail to clamp down on young players when they play act. Perhaps if they did we wouldn't see so many players simulating contact and cheating when they get to the senior level.

If one of the three defenders around him had actually bothered to put in a tackle a bit earlier, it wouldn't have come to this anyway. They look like they've been having out with the first team CBs too much or something.

Messi, Maradona. Why don't people just tackle them earlier either?

It's harder than it looks when they have that much ball control.

That was never a penalty surely!

Maybe, although the hand was.

No matter what I say about Fosu, the lad is a demon penalty taker.

And tbf he went through the back of him and didn't take the ball.
