Why was it a mistake? Within a matter of months we'd improved so dramatically that we were talking about a play-off push in Spring having been adrift in the bottom 3 in January. We also enjoyed our best FA Cup run in 83 years. The following season we reached the play off final. The season after we won the title in the thrilling fashion. All without Brendan Rodgers.

floyd__streete Q: assuming of course we lose to Norwich and then secure poor results against Bolton and Birmingham.....could you really have any complaints if Adkins then goes, as we will by then be entrenched in the bottom 3

Handsome Man a style of football that might have given us a chance in the Premiership.

Handsome Man Sacking Rodgers was a mistake
Sacking McDermott was a mistake
I don't think we should make it a hat-trick

If we lose all three? Not particularly.
Just like you couldn't really have any complaints when McDermott was sacked.
I think we'll probably do a little better than that though. And having no complaints if it happens doesn't make it the right decision, or in fact mean it'll happen.

Handsome Man He is probably just one player away from having the perfect team.

Silver Fox If that were true then why is he doing such a shoddy job of managing this near perfect team?
