We won't be signing anyone.

For the last 3 years the club have dropped hints about signing players to boost season ticket sales.

It's all lies...........

What Clarke actually said was:

Some are closer than others and some that have fallen away might come back up again; you never know. It’s such a long period of time and the transfer window hasn’t officially opened yet but we are working hard.

That basically means, some have already told us to f uck off
Some have yet to be approached to give them the chance to tell us to f uck off
Some won't be approached at all because it's obvious they would tell us to f uck off
Some have been approached and haven't yet said f uck off, but will

Now Mr BS. I'm not an accountant but wouldn't you have made this statement before the ST renewal deadline ? (If it is tongue in cheek - good one !!!!)

We are in talks with Quinn, its not been confirmed by anyone that he has had a medical though. I would be happy with him and McShane on free transfers, both give us a bit of that grit we have been missing., and then hopefully whatever money we have for transfer fees can go on a forward.

Both players are liked by their fans. Quinn is good on the ball, runs forever and puts in 100% effort. McShane also puts in loads of effort and is more than capable at championship level. I know nothing about either players, that's all just from Hull fans.

Funny you should say that - I was only yesterday talking to my Hull City supporting mate

Says "yeah, they're alright" when I asked the question.

Typical Clarke signings, have not much technical ability but will always give 110%
