33 year old who last started a league game 14 months ago (he was subbed off after 21 minutes) who would presumably be on a fairly big wage. surely there has to be better than that out there?

John is back in the squad.

And? Super sub, shit starter.

Was the best player on the park before he got injured against Brentford.

Only if you think being the best involves trying to beat everyone on your own (and failing) whilst doing no defensive work. I thought he looked flash but bobbins iirc. I was quite pleased when he had to go off.

And even if I conceded he was good in that match, he's been toss in every other start he's had.

John Madejski's Wallet How many has he actually started?

Three. Two very poor, one ineffective 45 mins flattering to deceive.

Great impact sub though.

Hardly reliable.

Were you there at Preston or forest? He was the only person that looked like he remotely gave a shit.

SCIAG We should re-sign Sidwell just to play him alongside Fernandez and Quinn.

In all seriousness, I don't think we should waste any money on another central midfielder.

Tshibola and Kuhl both have good chances to be better players than Sidwell was at his best, and they already can't get in the team.

The Aaron Kuhl who is struggling at Dundee?

Keep up Jimbo! He's not at Dundee United anymore.

And everyone is struggling at Dundee United.

Dundee are shit, you'd have to be Gareth Bale to look good there.

Dungdee even managed to make Maradonna and Ravanelli look shite..

Its probably the most Pikey place I have ever been..

Horrible place. Its like Swindon but with less glamour.

No. Although you'll note he didn't start those games and I said he was a very good sub.

Blackbag Fcuk off Sidwell we don't want you why do we need all our old players managers what fcuking next

Not very well articulated but i agree with you. We don't really need Sidwell back in the team, i am not one for bringing back an aging player with no future development when we have players that can fulfill those roles.
I love having Brian back though :)

It only took them 12 years to seal the deal.

The vast majority has been.

Good signing for Brighton, and with them getting knockaert I don't see them dropping out of the playoffs now.
