Next Few Games

Anyone have any predictions for our next two games. Think we will beat Blackburn Rovers and draw with Leeds. Predictions people.

This chap has confidence in Blackburn nicking something from our game: https://youtu.be/fdsKD-FcrC4

Blackburn have only lost 1 in 10 but are away at Brighton on the 1st. If they get something there then they should have confidence and that game would be far from an easy 3 points.

Blackburn are unbeaten since Mowbray has come in against some tricky opponents as well. (3 2-2 draws in a row most recently). Been saying for a few games now that it by no means is a given that we will get the win.

We all know the danger of Leeds and it's all geared up to be a big big game. They're very confident of getting something out of it and so they should be judging by our performance at their place. I think we should do everything in our power to do a Leeds on Chris Wood though and put him out for the remainder of the season (just joking, sort of), they're so reliant on him.

(FAO genome) that being said I'm not sure if its the Sheffield Wednesday result but I've got a renewed sense of optimism. That performance showed the grit and determination and heart that we need.

So hard to see how it might go, can see us winning both, and can also forsee us picking up a solitary point. In keeping with this new optimistic stuff I'm going to go for 6 points.

Reading V Leeds W 1-0
Reading V Blackburn W 2-1

I'd gladly take 4 now and tbh even 2 points against 3rd and 5th in the form table wouldn't be disasterous, especially taking into consideration our run in.

Blackburn have a decent squad but I can't see them staying up. I think Burton will do enough. The other two are dead and buried

Think Bristol are more likely to go down than both tbh.

Burton still have to play 4 of the top 5.

Blackburn haven't lost under Mowbray.

Bristol City have won their last 2 and are unbeaten in 6. Admittedly they've had the bottom 3 in those six games but picked up 7 points against them as well as hammering Huddersfield. They seem to be getting their act together.

If anyone's going to fight Burton for the last relegation spot, I reckon it will be Forest, who are level with them and 4 points adrift of every one else, or if both get their act together, Birmingham who are just dogshit under Zola.

We of course will have a big say in it having still to play the bottom 5.

I think Blackburn will be tougher. They'll park the bus and come for a point.

Leeds are arrogant and will come at us and we will pick them off.

Reading 3-0 Leeds
Reading 1-1 Blackburn

Followed by nicking a win against Norwich and Rotherham but defeats against Forest and Villa

Two very good wins against our nearest rivals and a very solid performance on TV. I could actually start believing.

Now is certainly the time to start improving our record against the top six. There seems to be a very positive vibe to the squad.

Rotherham will not get anything away from home for the rest of the season, we will beat them comfortably, same with Wigan, those 2 wins alone would see us in the play-offs and I fancy us to do alright with our remaining away games, we've done well away to bottom half sides.

I reckon 10pts out of the last 15

Logic suggests we'll beat Rotherham and Wigan but don't forget...

1. Championship is a crazy unpredictable league...
