North Somerset Royal
BF11 Are tickets sold out? Logged in online but can't seem to select any of the options at all.

No. Just had a look and there are still seats available in the South Stand

Oh ok. Not sure why there's no options for me - I can't select anything at all. Might have to phone up tomorrow.

Are there any single seats available anywhere else?

Yes there are some singles in the East & ED. Couldn't get into the West so maybe that is sold out. I take it that you are aware that because sales are restricted to members that you have to log in before it shows available seats? Apologies if I am teaching grandmother to suck eggs etc.

I just tried the Quick Seats option and it came up with a choice of the South, East and Eamon Dolan Stands but not the Lower or Upper West so you should be able to get a seat in one of those three.

Yeah, just logged in and they seem to have allowed me and friends and family to buy an additional two more tickets, so presume the same for everyone.

A quick look roughly would say tickets left are East = 50/60, ED = 150 and South = 500/600

West, east & ED stands will all be sold out/single seats left by tomorrow night. Expect the south stand will be 3/4 full.

Still thousands of empty seats available. Definitely won't be a sell-out.

Done a rough count of the seats available on the website - down to around 800 left. About 150 in the North Stand, 50 in the East and 600 in the South.

Strange that we can sell out Leeds at home on TV but not a play off semi final.

We've got an extra 2,000 home tickets because we have half of the south stand TBF

Leeds was on a Saturday; whereas tomorrows game is on a Tuesday and children would be much less likely to go to midweek games than Saturday games.

Both valid points, but this is a PLAY OFF SEMI!

I would expect even casual Reading fans to be all over this. Considering we'll have little difficulty shifting 30,000 odd Wembley tickets at £60!

I mentioned this earlier - but i'm not sure if they've put the upper corner sections of the West Stand on sale. They went from green to 'sold out' overnight.

Correct, won't make for good TV if fans are sat in the Upper West rather than the South Stand.

Has anyone, that ordered paper tickets, received their tickets in the post yet?

Mum didn't know where her member card was so had to get paper versions

When did you order them? I only received my away ticket the day before the game; if you don't receive them today, I'd contact the club to check that you haven't selected 'collection' by accident.

Just got an email (a call to arms) from the club inviting me as a STH to purchase a further 2 tickets, taking my allowance to 4.

I only bought 1 per ST the first time round so I'm not likely to buy any now but anyway, jeez, this town.

Biggest game in I don't know how long and we can't sell out the stadium  That's truly appalling.

Just watch 'em come out of the woodwork if we get to Wembley

There is nothing available in the West Stand at all, or in the East Stand from Y23 through to Y26, or ED Stand in B17 and 18. The rest is Red with the exception of two of the South Stand blocks.

Seems like it will be pretty full to me *shrugs*

And, of course, there will be those who turn up on the night. "Darling, fancy popping out to watch some footie?" "Okay sweetheart and where would that be?" "Heard there's a match down the road at Reading tonight". "Oh really, any particular significance?" "I think so, heard some chappies talking about it at the local watering hole the other day". "We'll pop along then. As long as we don't end up next to some of those those hoolie chaps, then it should be fine" "Do we need tickets?" "Not an issue, darling. We'll just rock up, like we always have for other events"

And its the first week of GCSE and A Level exams. My daughter's not going and a lot of others I know aren't as her first exam is on Weds am.
