Still no sign of these going on sale. Interestingly, my mate up here is a Forest fan and informs me that home end tickets aren’t on sale yet either. Anyway, when it finally comes around, I’ll be IN.

I might pass on this one, think it could get messy.

I've already purchased my train tickets for this game and Preston away so I'm definitely in.

I'm up for a good relegation scrap this year. Hopefully we'll prevail. Support the Royals through thick and thin.

That’s shocking - hoping more turn up but our away support is becoming a bit of a joke. Granted we’ve had a few bad seasons but Nottingham isn’t that far away & it’s a decent away ground to visit - why such a poor following?

Where are people drinking?

I like to go by train to away games but it's such a ballache at times.

From Bracknell it takes 3hrs 40 minutes and involves 3 changes. A return ticket is £81.

I would consider driving but car is being serviced on Friday and won't be ready until Saturday afternoon.

I will have to sit this out. It's a great away fixture, I usually stay overnight for two nights and have a night out before the game and also after, but not this year unfortunately.

Second half of last season was truly awlfull. Don't care what the result is. As long as the performance is put in. Jury's out currently.

Train from mine is exactly the same and I only live 80 miles away.

IN for the drive.

In x2

Train in and heading to Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem, then most likely one or two between there and the ground, me Dad's had beers in Nott's County's ground pre game before as they open it up for away fans.

Avoid in my view. I went there two years ago I think and it was just a horrendous souless empty bar. The sort of place where every few minutes you hear the same person coughing, and you hear the clinking of glasses being collected by the bar staff.

I can't believe I left Hooters early for that sh*t too.

Canal House is supposed to be a good bet.

From speaking to Forest fans up here, lots of the pubs round the ground are home fans only which is a shame a there’s a few lovely spots to drink by the Trent. Thought it might be fine for those not wearing away colours but apparently some places even check your ticket which seems a bit extreme!

Notts County Bar is supposedly a good bet too.

Completely appreciate that away attendances will be lower bearing in mind our performances the last few years on the road - just imagined this one might be a bit higher as we’ve had 3 months since football!

Either way, looking forward to it!

We left Hooters on Sat and went for a couple in here. Oh my god. There were about 20 people in it and it didn't have the Spurs game on. Think I'll just stay in Hooters next time!!
