Disappointed Nova hasn't found his way into at least one first team XI yet. Not a huge amount of mixing between XIs as yet.

I think Nova might have played in the other 11 had he not been injured the last game. If he does well today he might be in contention to start for the friendlies back home.

Could be his wages that is causing a delay. he is bound to be on a decent salary, so if he is only offered say, 50% of what Reading pay him, is he likely to leave yet? But, I should think he would rather take a pay cut and play most games for a new club, (whilst also thinking about his Wales appearances), maybe he is taking his time considering offers. He may well move when the window shutting is closer, and he knows how much his income will fall.

We’ve so many fullbacks now I can’t see him getting a look in. Pretty much all the others could get a game in the right circumstances, possibly except Meyler
