Woodcote Royal
NewCorkSeth Delighted with that line up. Well done Gomes. Feck the cup, let's smash Charlton.

+1

Unlike others I never had a problem with Steve Coppell's approach to cup games. We have bigger fish to fry and these players need 1st team football.

Nine changes. Utter bollox. Either take it seriously or don’t enter.

Don’t waste fans time and money turning one of the only three competitions we.re in into a training exercise.

Ambition, glory, a big home tie, bit of money coming in, winning momentum, team gelling, nah put it in the bin and concentrate on finishing ninth, that’s what football’s all about.

Glad to see we’ re at 1-1 and look forward to the under 18s taking on Man City in R3!

From Despair To Where? I think we've found somewhere that plays to Adam's strengths.

League 2.
jeez

It's a joke Spizz. I think you'll find I was one of the few people on here not slagging him off when we signed him.

You realise most fans are happy we've made wholesale changes right? Obviously entitled to your opinion but it's a very sensible decision to say that having the first team rested for Saturday is more important and gives our fringe and U23 players a good game against a decent L2 opposition.

Apology accepted. The team board isn't really the natural habitat for humour.

Agreed, and it's a more compatative environment than the Checkatrade Trophy

leon Shambolic goal

For the ref given the ball went way over the goal line and was hauled back into play by Argyle.

Now is the time for some of our boys to be become men.

No-one else notice that the Plymouth scorer was clearly offside.
He was even off the pitch, which makes returning without the referee’s permission a caution

Anyway, much happened apart from the goals?

No the defence were all over the place
side-dish,

Is this the first time that we’ve started with four players whose surnames start with an O?

Crazy days

No. We played 5 once. Ofederici, O'Pearce, O'Morrison, Ogunter and Ole Fondre.

Its 11 changes from Saturday’s starting line up and absolutely the right thing to do after the first team boys had just played three games in six days. It also gives our youngsters a well deserved chance.

Iirc Coppell never went out to a lower division team.

I think it was at least Championship... though I may have forgotten one.

This is probably pushing it a bit far in places. Not sure we have an option not to enter the league cup. Attendances pretty much tell you most fans don't give a flying one about it.
