Zammo Tyrone Mings, Clive Tyldesley and Ian Wright have all impressed tonight.

Don't agree about Tyldesley especially in first half. Quite happy to criticise the presence of an Italian UEFA official citing recent abuse of Kean and Lukaku in Serie A. But conveniently not mentioning Sterling got racially abused last season at Chelsea. It may not be as bad as last night but its not like we don't have issues of our own.
I thought Mings was very impressive last night. Didn't let it affect his game and I really hope it didn't spoil what should have been the pinnacle of his career so far. Nobody should be subject to that and I don't care if it affects innocent fans, teams need to be kicked out of competitions for this shit.

He’s likely to be a great role model for stamping out racism

The whole team came out of that well. Didn't let it get to them on the pitch. Some very composed and insightful interviews after. Bulgaria left embarrassed in pretty much every possible way.

Not much more that can be said of the vile racism in the ground last night. UEFA need to get tough on this. The game was already being played in front of half a crowd, with sections closed owing to previous incidents of racism. So throw them out of Euro 2020.

As for the football, a much improved performance. Raheem Sterling is becoming one hell of a player, isn't he?

I thought Kane was especially good last night - his passing is sublime. 3 assists and 1 goal.

Kane is actually a very, very good all round player. Goes largely unnoticed due to the goals he scores but he has a great football brain on him.

Head of the Bulgarian FA (that's, sadly, ex-Reading keeper Bobby Mihaylov) has been told that he should quit his post immediately by the Bulgarian PM, following his comments pre-match about the 'unjust branding' directed at Bulgarian football and for allowing it to 'connect' with racism.

Too much of a coincidence given that it’s occurred twice. Had it had been his first incident, I think people may be more sympathetic

Quite.

There were plenty of calls for Tammy Abraham to replace him before and after Friday nights game but Kane set up our best two or three opportunities against that night, and does so on a regular basis.

Mihaylov is also on UEFA's executive committee IIRC.

<EDIT> I remember incorrectly, he's not any more although this bloke is, whom you may remember.

.and this bloke, who is an absolute legend

Standing on the face? Not intentional.

Getting frustrated because Oliveira wouldn't go away and deciding to leave one on him to let him know you're not going to back down? More than likely.
