Sutekh Shall we scrap this thread and start a new thread called “championshipwatch 2020-2021”?

I will then make a multi-purpose rivals thread. If nobody posts in it I will discuss my thoughts and opinions on all the teams I consider rivals.

Watford sell Luis Suarez to Granada for £10m

Seems dodgy as oxf*rd, same guy owns both clubs and the guy doesn't seem like he's worth near that amount.

Edit: Apparently Granada owner has changed since the Watford guy owned them, still seems a lot for a player who never made an appearance for them.

Your lack of football knowledge is hilarious. You should just leave the board forever and not return.

Luis Suarez played for Barcelona and they sold him to Atletico Madrid

Sensing the troll in this one.

Anyway, Coventry 1-1 Bournemouth at half time.

I think they ridiculously paid something like 20 mill for solanke, who has done absolutely nothing at all to ever warrant that fee.

Thank heavens Reading don’t spend silly money on players who don’t warrant the fee

Well that’s what did for Eddie Howe. No longer plucky little old Bournemouth. They outspent Newcastle last season. Looking at there squad they should stroll this league.

Derby looking pretty ponderous not helped by Rooney.

I do love a penalty miss where the taker slips as he strikes the ball.

Unfortunately I have to agree with you especially if Brentford sell Benrahma.

As well as last night's starting eleven Bournemouth (at the moment) still have David Brooks, Junior Stanislas and Josh King plus Lloyd Kelly who they paid £10 million for, Danjuma and Billing who both cost around £15 million each and they pipped us to bring in Riquelme.
With those that were transferred already (particularly Ake and Wilson) it was just bad management that got them relegated last season.

To think that at one stage King Eddie was actually the bookmakers' favourite to be the next England manager.

Wonder what Tyler’s current thoughts are on how well Forest are set up for promotion

Think that’s the first sacking of the season on its way...
