The former. The match will take place at Newport Pagnell FC Willen road MK 16 0DF

Seems unfair for a side to lose home advantage due to weather conditions that have been causing havoc amongst hundreds of fixtures at all levels of the game. If it’s postponed again does it just go back to the first club able to get the game on?

I think it comes from a history of teams gaming it though, there's unplayable and then there's unplayable, if you get my gist.

Berks & Bucks FA County Cup Adult Rules 2022-23 - Rule 16 (K) (i):

If a match as originally drawn is postponed on two occasions, the Management Committee may order the match to be played on the opposing Clubs ground.

So this rule applies for all 6 county cups. I think it makes more sense for something like park football, but they use it across the board.

They have also left some wriggle room by putting "may".

There is also a rule that EFL clubs always play away unless drawn against each other. I wonder which rule takes precedence. Of course I know the answer in practice - there will also be a get-out "decision of the committee is final" rule.

Hungerford are also still in the FA Trophy, also have quite a few rearranged fixtures and probably have a smaller squad who are not full time.
Not heard any talk of them bailing out of the B&B….

Exactly and Bracknell are exactly in the same boat.- Maidenhead 18 league fixtures to play- Bracknell 21 league left to play, plus Maidenhead would have no way played the 1st team in the B & B cup.

Diving into the rulebook again:

Clubs failing to give a satisfactory reason for withdrawing shall be fined in accordance with the Fines Tariff. Illness, injury and/or shortage of players shall not be considered as sufficient reason for withdrawal.

And the Fines Tariff shows that it is £750.

None - we can play any signed player we want. Purcell is playing because he’s at Farnbrough on a youth loan which means he can play in this for us. We could also play trialists providing they aren’t cup tied.
