Kermorgant hit 20 didn't he?linkenholtroyal wrote:So Jack Marriott I was just discussing with a friend that if he stays fit I could see him scoring 20+ this season.
But it has brought up another question between us who was the last player to score 20+ we can’t work it out as all the names we seem to come up with just fall short. We think it might be Shane long in 2010/11

This is where you need someone with a data base, I don't know how you'd even begin to search for that.Brogue wrote:1 in each of his first 3 games. Have we ever had a player score in their 3 games before? I’ve been looking and can’t find anyone…

Checked all the usual suspects in my time of support, and Les Chappell got 4 in his first 3 games season 1969/70 season.Snowflake Royal wrote:This is where you need someone with a data base, I don't know how you'd even begin to search for that.Brogue wrote:1 in each of his first 3 games. When he shot I thought "that just hasn't got the power to beat the keeper" but somehow it did.PieEater wrote:When he turn shot and scored, I thought wow we've actually got a striker.

We're all wrong on this one....according to STAR on twitter, the last player to score on first three starts is Noel Hunt in 2008.Brogue wrote:1 in each of his first 3 games. Have we ever had a player score in their 3 games before? I’ve been looking and can’t find anyone…
