Rather have Ryan Reynolds

I wouldn't be surprised if they both went out on loan. The right back position is up for grabs next season and they could both be in line for it. Yiadom isn't getting any younger. And we've got Rinomhota to provide cover for right back, in case of injuries.Clyde1998 wrote:Supposedly quick; works hard; defensively good. On the face of it, a positive loan for us.
I do think this will allow at least one of Abrefa or Ahmed to go on loan, which will hopefully have a positive impact on their development.

Not a great injury record but I guess that is how we have got him.Esteban wrote:I wouldn't be surprised if they both went out on loan. Yiadom is made of glass, Abrefa obviously isn't Richardson's cup of tea given previous quotes, Rinomhota is out with unknown personal issues and wasn't doing much before that, and Ahmed isn't quite ready.Snowflake Royal wrote:Don’t see the point of this. I kind of agree with you but have never held Abrefa in as high esteem as you have and I presume that Richardson feels the same.Snowflake Royal wrote:Don’t see the point of this. We have Yiadom, Abrefa, Rinomhota and Ahmed. Absolute waste of money in my opinion.

Yiadom has been fine since his return to fitness and sharpe. Abrefa is perfectly good enough. Rinomhota is back from his personal issue. Ahmed is adequate cover. Ritchie is also available.Orion1871 wrote:Yiadom is made of glass, Abrefa obviously isn't Richardson's cup of tea given previous quotes, Rinomhota is out with unknown personal issues and wasn't doing much before that, and Ahmed isn't quite ready.Snowflake Royal wrote:Don’t see the point of this. We can't continue paying for a Cat 1 Academy, and go back to recruiting oodles of senior players so the youngsters have no first team pathway and get let go on the cheap. Like Dickie, Hyam, Stacey, Fosu etc did.South Coast Royal wrote:I kind of agree with you but have never held Abrefa in as high esteem as you have and I presume that Richardson feels the same.Snowflake Royal wrote:Don’t see the point of this. Ahmed is still very young and would definitely benefit from a Div 2 loan or even in the Conference.
Richardson, like a lot of managers, does seem to prefer experienced players and the make-up of our side after this window will probably be very different from what we have been used to, i.e. younger rather than older players.
I guess this squad is now being built at minimal cost either to stay in this division for now or, if we somehow got promoted, to be churned next Summer in readiness for the higher level.

What if he's better than Abrefa and Ahmed and we send those two out on loan ?Snowflake Royal wrote:Don’t see the point of this. We have Yiadom, Abrefa, Rinomhota and Ahmed. Absolute waste of money in my opinion.
