Greetings, We the committee of the Nothing better to do at work have voted READING FC (Hob Nob Anyone?) web page the following award :

LEAGUE CHAMPIONS

Congratulations on the award, the review was as follows, please feel free to quote/misquote and award youself any number of large prizes.

The following have been reviewed by an independent panel of supporters as some of the best footy Web sites to vist. The panel was made up of the following supporters :
Notts County, Southampton, Newcastle U, Dundee Utd and Woking. The competion was fierce and could have gone on for weeks so in the end we stopped and voted. The voting got heated as the level of web pages was excellent and in the end Dundee Utd had the casting vote :

League Champions :

Reading FC : Hob Nob Anyone? . Sunglasses are recommended for this page, loads of info and pics, good humour and not all Reading FC related. In the end champions just.

Cup Winners (One to watch) :

Birmingham City : Picks up the Cup for ease of use and presentation, and intro (had sound but we couldn't here) some good info, some more padding with pics and info will make this a future champion.

Most of these sites have an above average quality of info, pics and bits

Aston Villa (We kept getting the University of Denmark)

All in all the level of most of the sites is excellent with most sites having something for the none home fan to sift through and laugh at. Some sites were let down badly by the "last updated" time (ie Chelsea in June ???). Other site were just a tad dull, some just to waffly. In the end a close call, Reading pipping some strong contenders (Reading were actually most of the panels 2nd or 3rd choice). It is a minefield finding the sites sometimes so apologies to any site who has been missed, also we don't have sound so apologies to Paul at Birmingham and Wolves as you may have been higher if not for that.
