Michael Olise has joined Crystal Palace for an eight million pound transfer fee. It sounds like a lot of money but certainly isn't enough for a player of his potential, and Reading fans will be hoping the club at least would benefit from any future transfer. Olise leaves the Royals after making his first team debut in March 2019 and going on to become one of the first names on the team sheet, making 73 appearances and scoring seven goals. Olise was always expected to leave this summer to move up to the Premier League after Reading failed to finish in a play-off position.
