Fran was considered to be eligible for the hall of fame alongside her male colleagues. I’d say the women deserve to at least be considered, although Indon’t think they would actually make the final cut

According to Goggle, he's a football pundit, consultant and speaker. And you were right to correct the 'u' to a 'w', given that his christian name is Lawrence. The last time I saw Lawrie was over at Biggles in Woodley. What a gaff that was. He was stood at the bar drinking orange juice, of course he was drinking orange juice As soon as he saw me, we carried on to have a chat. One of football's good guys.

Amongst the wider public, perhaps, but amongst football geeks and obsessives (which is a pretty big group) he's super famous. As "the best footballer you've never heard of."
