I saw this on eBay today, not really sure what to make of this photo or the price!!

What do you make of it?

Signature isn't very clear.

Sports Icons have done a lot with RFC and as far as I know are completely kosher.

For once I think paultheroyal has got a post spot on. The massive ghey bear has quite rightly pointed out that there isn't actually any question in your post and therefore we're not sure what you're trying to say.

As Dirk says, Sport Icons do a lot of stuff with Reading. Quite why anyone would pay £60 for a picture of Leroy is an entirely different question. In fact, quite why anyone would pay £60 for a picture of any footballer, would be a source of mystery to me.

I find the choice of picture strange, I would have thought they might have used a goal celebration or a photo of him in the process of scoring a goal.

I wouldn't pay that sort of money for a signed photo either and if I did it would have to at least be a current player or a club legend.

Anyway, as I have a passing interest in this sort of thing, I'd say don't buy it. Massively overpriced. If that's what you're asking?
