To be fair, when you start a goal of the season thread after the second match there isn’t much to talk about.

The idea is a ROLLING top ten or twenty, which to me sounds like a cool idea

We score a good goal it goes into the top ten, one gets moved out

Also gives Nobbers a chance to speak more specifically about how goals have been scored, about team v individual, training routines, luck etc (all in one place)

And surely, for those who are interested, they join in,
those that aren't, don't. Not rocket science

For example, although Joao's turn and shot v Colchester was excellent
it WAS against Colchester, not Bournemouth or Brentford, so (for me)
that downgrades the goal slightly.

Similarly, Derby looked very poor. If they end up bottom six, maybe
Joao's and Ejaria's goals will get a bit of the shine taken off.

But we do the same against strong, top-two side, or against Man Utd?

That wasn't the original idea though as you well know. You started the thread to claim that the Ejaria goal was already the goal of the season. Another nobber suggested a running thread on the goals of the season.
