Didn't he literally only say something like, he was saddened about what happened to him in England as the person he met was a very different person to the one portrayed.

Whilst Greenwood appears to have been a nasty little shit (allegedly) and if he did hit his girlfriend that is as low as you can pretty much go, I'm not sure I see the issue with De Zerbi's comments on meeting him and getting to know him in a work capacity. People who do shit things can still be/become pleasant people.
De Zerbi said Greenwood was "a good person. it saddens me what happened to him because I know a very different person from the one portrayed in England”

I don't really see much wrong with what he said tbh. His job is to form good relationships with individuals and create a strong team spirit, and his comment is about his own experience of working with MG.

Spurs Supporters Trust saying they have 'serious and far-reaching concerns' about De Zerbi over his comments.

get over yourselves Spurs Supporters Trust!
Good people don’t beat their partners snd what is sad is what happened to her, not him.
You don't know what happened, but you have made a judgment on him.

I wish they had been able to proceed with the trial to either convict him or clear his name. It was badly handled by everyone.

I'm a little hypocritical here because I wouldn't want my daughter to be with someone with Greenwood's history, and it probably was best for Utd that we ditched him. Equally, I wouldn't want to fcuk up a young #lad's life for something they didn't do.

If he did do it, there's no chance for redemption either. He can't pay the price and then carry on with his life as a professional footballer. I understand the reality that it's different for high-profile people due to the optics, but I don't particularly like it

May have gone under the radar in the UK but Union Berlin fired their manager at the weekend.

His replacement is Marie-Louis Eta.

She is the first woman to be appointed as Head Coach/Manager in the top division of a major league. She will take charge for the final 5 games to try and turn the tide of shocking form that has Union drop from European contention to the fringes of the relegation race.

If things go well, the club have confirmed she may be offered an extended contract in the summer.

It does seem as though Bilbao is where he will go but there are undoubtedly some high profile English clubs that could want him.

Rosenior out.

Means that 9 of Chelsea's last 15 managers have failed to last one year in the job.

Devilishly handsome fella, is Rose. Took Leipzig to a domestic cup win during his time there, middling record at Dortmund.

Calum McFarlane once again caretaker manager at Chelsea. 40 year old with no prior playing career, rapid rise through the managerial game from non-league Whyteleafe to Chelsea Under 21s boss in five years, via City's academy.

Spanish press claiming Edin Terzic is close to being announced as the new Athletic Bilbao manager

Would mean Iraola is available for other clubs then

Bristol City clearly looked at Coventry and thinking they can be the redemption arc for another of the "golden generation" then. Probably doomed to failure.
