You thought PSG were “dreadful” last night?Sutekh wrote: ↑08 Apr 2026 23:26 Another pathetic, spineless performance from the ‘pool. There’ll be more of the same next Tuesday after the opening 5 minutes of bluster ‘cos it’s at Anfield.
Mind you PSG are nowhere near the same as last season based on that dreadful showing either, still more than enough to overcome loSt’s tripe though.
Yes, compared to the way they ripped a much more effective Liverpool “a new one” last season I thought PSG were some way off what they were then. Says something for today’s “Liverpool” that PSG still should have won by 5 or 6 though.Royal Rother wrote: ↑09 Apr 2026 06:46You thought PSG were “dreadful” last night?Sutekh wrote: ↑08 Apr 2026 23:26 Another pathetic, spineless performance from the ‘pool. They missed some gilt-edged chances (ok, their finishing wasn’t great) and had 2 clear pens not given, so the scoreline could quite easily have been 6-0.
Not sure I've ever watched a team where to a man they looked so comfortable on the ball. Was like a computer game at times.Royal Rother wrote: ↑09 Apr 2026 09:31 Nah, not having "poor" either. Not clinical enough in front of goal is just about the only criticism that would be fair imo.
FWIW Carragher said PSG were "out of this world" last night and that the biggest compliment he could pay them was that it was like watching Pep's Barcelona.
