I can see being opposed to bringing Di Canio in, which I am in agreement with (more being down to how he up and quit Swindon Town the way he did...I don't like quitters), but don't slander him by calling him a racist.
If only I'd said that at the beginning of this thread.windermere_royal wrote:Who was the greek(?) coach we bought in a while back?..is he still at the club?..might be a call till the end of the season.
This betting is only on the back of him being at the game Saturday, SJM is still chairman, he will have a say in the new appointmentReading4eva wrote:Paolo Di Canio4/7

I'd be very surprised RL. If he is/was he wouldn't be long for the world of football. Everyone has a natural tendency to equate German fascism of WWII with Italian fascism. And don't get me wrong...being an Italian I know they can be as racist, if not more so, than any other peoples. I just don't get that vibe with Paolo...he seems to be an equal opportunity offender in terms of his offensiveness.Royal Lady wrote:A number of Swindon players were prepared to testify as to his racist comments to a fellow player. It was Saturday, I saw him arrive and eventually leave. Lots of discussion with the chap he was with, plenty of gesturing and shaking of his head......ddetisi wrote:When was this though. This could be di Canio taking in the first game at the MadjeskiDivvy wrote:TBM wrote:Who will it be?
