sounds like the Baker deal will happen.

Either a stroke of genius or a complete waste of time

My bet is we'll end up with something like Baker Rino and Swift/Ejaria in that midfield, whilst Bacuna or Kelly will be loaned off and Eza sent back

Told you, JG sees attack and creativity and attack as the best form of defence. In his 6 months at Ave he apparently never addressed their defensive frailties so I reckon we should hardly be surprised if we see the squad even more overloaded by supposedly creative midfield options. On the upside it might mean we get some strikers that are actually suitable for the system he wants to play. On the downside Reading will have to outscore everyone every week.

'Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa said on Wednesday that he had wanted Baker to stay beyond his loan deal and into next season, but admitted the player had legitimate expectations to play more than he had.

Well apparently people want to see goals scored and entertaining football. Not wins. That's what was being said during Stam's season. So, this will be the proof of it - will we be happier losing 4-3 than scraping 1-0?

Scratching my head with this. We now have Swift, Aluko, Lewis-Baker and Ejaria all competing for one spot. I just dont get this at all. Please no more midfielders.
