I'd like to agree, because I'm a 3pm Saturday afternoon traditionalist. However, the 3-3 cracker at home to Forest at Elm Park and the 1-1 away at Palace in the promotion season were both brilliant Friday nights for football.Irvinchangeyaname wrote:Nothing to do with the cold. Called off because it's too cold for footballers to play?AlexY25 wrote:Not happy about that. Layers are awkward.
I heard there was a possibility of a lot of games being called off on the weekend, ours might be effected early i guess.

I'll predict that my feet will freeze, i'll miss our 3rd goal (i always have due to me being so cold and not paying attention, esspecially against Derby, Cov and Swansea) and i'll once again spill my hot chocolate on my gloves, thanks to my friends dad pouring too much.Oh how fun it is going to football matches

Flight times are going to run like clock-work then?10539.4 Miles Away wrote:If this game is postponed I will be thoroughly unamused. Was originally supposed to be in England over Christmas but had to change plans at the last minute, was then due to arrive on Saturday 10th at 6am, just in time for the game until Sky changed it, have now changed my flights to arrive at 12.30 on Friday. Have only managed to see 5 games in the last 6 years and this is the only one I'll get to see this time!
Don't really care how cold it is, I have fingers well and truly crossed that the undersoil heating it up to it.
