Disappointing outcome tonight, but the potential of the play-offs has to be the main focus. Think we'd have to beat both Sunderland and Derby to have any chance of getting into the top sixteen.

Think i would like us in the new tournament which we should be assured to be in. We would be away in play-offs where we might be at home in the other comp.

One’s to watch; both are destined for a bright future and held in very high regard in the club;

16 year-old twins Jubilee and Joseph Ntege are both on over 30 G/A this season.🤯⚽️🅰️

Jubilee has registered 12 goals and 14 assists for Reading U16s this season, while also recording 11 G/A for the U18s.✅

Meanwhile, his twin brother Joseph has scored the exact same number of goals for Reading U16s and also provided 10 assists. He’s also registered 9 G/A for the U18s.😯

What a season they’re both having.👀👏

I'm sure there are many cases of players who looked amazing at that level and ended up not really amounting to much but it's certainly encouraging signs.

Indeed, the numbers will almost certainly point to more people will fail to make the grade than not, no matter how successful a youth career had. However, from what I’ve heard internally these two are a different gravy. But yes, let’s see where they are in 3 to 4 years but these two are hoped as our brightest prospects coming through atm.

As you have shown to have some sort of inside info I will certainly take that as encouraging, feel similar was said about Michael Olise when he was making his breakthrough, not that I'm suggesting they're on the same level, that would be impressive!

Let’s hope the club takes appropriate steps to protect investment and maximise any return in case of you know what. Obvs. much rather they made it here than just get poached for something like the pointless Chelsea loan conveyor belt

This is another positive aspect we're definitely seeing with the new ownership, players going out on loan to a level more appropriate for their skill level rather than filling out the squad.

Good news, decent club and a decent level for him, hope he does well there. Torquay are 6th currently so plenty to play for too.

And actually some decent info on him from the Torquay website (which is more than you get from the Reading end)
