I know I edited it because it was unfair on the original poster, he was reporting the news. There is extreme excitement on social media though which is bizarre seeign as nobody had heard of the player an hour ago.

Not excited at all until. DIdn't know what OMA had said until B & G replied. Just posting it as no-one else had. Thought somebody may be interested in some news. This is what this forums for isn't it?!? Hadn't seen OMA's reply as he's on my ignore list

If he's signed now then I expect Academies are not subject to the same transfer regulations governing club's 1st teams. No doubt someone on here will be ITK on that side of things.

No doubt he'll be featuring for the U18s/U23s at some point shortly. Be interesting to see him "assessed" by those who watch the Academy sides fairly regularly.

Not 100% sure if I’ve interpreted it correctly but scholars and Academy registered players can move clubs outside the windows.
I assume they can play for U23 sides but not first teams.
