Re: BFTG Huddersfield

I'm still waiting for an apology from McDermott. He says he's glad it's out the way, no comfort to fans who were there. Cup tie is no excuse, an expensive side was out there. Worse than Adkins or Clarke evever were even in their direst monotony.

Re: What Is Your Favoured Formation???

Too many oxf*rd experts listening to too many Shearers and Keowns sitting on a pile of goose feathers. There is no 442. 33211 , it's make believe for the pundits'bank balances.

Re: Is Kate Winslet our most famous fan

Lovely Lady, Kate, doesn't deserve posts and shit like this. Sally Taylor is our most famous fan but she's not allowed to talk about it working down in Shitfloatsdownthesolenthampton. Let's sing her name at Derby, Sally, Sally, give us a wave.

Re: CONFIMRED - Blackman to Derby

Vydra is doing more agility work this week at Hogwood. Watch this space, I reckon a seam of goals soon. Told not to be too negative when it's not happening, play the game in 10 minute parcels , good advice. Reliable Source.

Re: CONFIMRED - Blackman to Derby

He always looked a bit tense, shown again with his strop last Saturday against Bristol Zoo. Reckon McD is not too bothered.

A joy to watch. So strong he just shrugged off challenges. Brilliant servant to the club. Liked his pint in the Sread Eagle. RIP Big Man.

Re: BFTG - Bristol City

Does anyone know why Blackman was ranting towards someone behind the Bristol dug out after he scored?

There's a rumour that he's gone to BBC Berkshire, can't be true. He's helping out with Ady's autobiography, absolute rubbish ,don't believe it.

Re: Crap Defending

Yeah, but 4 Championsip defenders or so called? We just look like a line of rabbits in the headlights when the ball arrives in front of our penalty box. We need some more braver defenders. Mc Shane doesn't seem that quick or agile and confirms why Hull got rid. Hector is a film star. Gunter is a win...

Crap Defending

My wife has pissed people off, but she talks so much sense. How many more times are we going to get beat by crap concentration in front of our own goal? Flatfooted again, my hamster is more agile. Too much thought about getting it to the wings, out of trouble. McDermott must have seen already the li...

Brilliant!. For the record. I'm size 10, reasonable looking. My old man thinks I talk too much as well but I just love quality football, not the junk you fat blokes thrive on.

Re: Is this the end for Oliver Norwood?

What I am saying is that Norwood has done great so far in a misfiring team this season. It's obvious that Clarke had overcoached, mumbled too much and lost the dressing room but Norwood kept up his own high standards, a sign of a good player. It will be wasted cos McDermott can't accommodate a skilfu...

Re: Is this the end for Oliver Norwood?

Yep, partly my point. Norwood will be on the sub's bench a lot. McDermott will see him as a luxury player. It's a sad day for me when he got reinstalled as Manager. I hope he's seen a few good ball players on his scouting missions for Arsenal and changed his outlook.

Re: Is this the end for Oliver Norwood?

No, he would just get urged from the bench to get rid and that little bit of time a good midfield general needs would get painted out. Mick Gooding, Johnny Giles, Simon Osborne et al thrived on this 2 second thought space, Norwood's got it but it's going to get knocked out of him with McDermott.

Re: Is this the end for Oliver Norwood?

Yeah, good point, but he had some good players in the youth set up who were farmed out. If you remember, the ball never got carried or passed much in the middle third. The tactics became so raw I just got fed up and bored I stopped going. Oliver Norwood has been the only star this season, I'm sure h...
